MEET THE FOUNDERS
For homeowners who demand excellence, Monteo Development Group delivers. We're a full-service construction company specializing in custom new builds, sophisticated remodels, and thoughtful renovations throughout Nantucket and Cape Cod.
Our president and co-founder, Kiril Stojanov, began as a carpenter apprentice and worked his way up to the position of general contractor. He has worked side by side with many experienced local subcontractors in Nantucket, MA. His favorite project to date is the family home on Nantucket that he and the team built for his wife and co-founder, Ivana, and their son, Mateo.
