After 10+ years of serving Nantucket as Stojanov Inc., we've expanded to Cape Cod and rebranded as Monteo Development Group.
Monteo Development Group was founded on a simple belief:

The husband and wife team at Monteo Development Group brings over a decade of hands-on experience designing, building, and renovating homes. From primary residences and vacation homes to investment properties turned successful rentals, our work is guided by real-life functionality, refined craftsmanship, and an uncompromising standard for quality. Every home reflects the lifestyle of its inhabitants while honoring the character of the local communities.
Meet Kiril Stojanov
CO-FOUNDER & LICENSED
GENERAL CONTRACTOR
Kiril began his career as a carpenter apprentice and grew into a licensed general contractor known for precision, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to craftsmanship. After years of working alongside Nantucket's most trusted subcontractors and craftsmen, he developed a deep understanding of what it takes to build homes that stand the test of time.
His proudest accomplishment remains the Nantucket family home he built for Ivana and their children. This experience shaped Monteo's philosophy: build each home with the same care as if it were your own. Kiril feels fortunate to live and work on Nantucket and Cape Cod, and he enjoys exploring these areas with his family, taking his son fishing, and creating memories rooted in the landscapes he builds within.
Meet Ivana Stojanov

MANAGING DIRECTOR
Ivana brings expertise in operations, project planning, and property management, supported by her education at Harvard University. With over a decade of experience creating high-performing, design-forward rental properties, she understands what truly matters in a home and how smart design can enhance both daily living and long-term value.
Ivana helps clients make cost-effective, thoughtful decisions by offering insights before, during, and after construction. She ensures every project feels functional, beautiful, and timeless, and leads client communication with clarity, warmth, and efficiency.
Away from the job site, she loves exploring the world with her family, helping their children experience new perspectives, meaningful connections, and unforgettable adventures. Ivana also recharges with a good book on one of the beautiful porches or cozy corners crafted by the MDG team.
